  1. I am writing to you to put in a complaint about the service I have received from your help desk people on the 133739 phone line. I have been calling them from the 3may 2019 requesting a final account letter that I need for my home loan my account was closed and finalized on the 3rd August 2018. On the 3rd May 2019 I called the help line for this letter I was told it would be sent out to me it takes 10 days I was fine with this on the Wednesday 15th may I called as I had not received this letter, I was told it would be sent to me in a email by Thursday the 16th may 2019, I waited till the Friday 17th may and when it hadn’t arrived I called the call centre again after being fobbed off onto 5 people and a numerous amount of security questions every time I spoke to someone I finally got someone to help me send what I needed in a email when I printed the letter off I noticed it had my name on it KERRY FRANKLIN but it had 5 BIRCH STREET, FINDON SA 5096 the WRONG address on it as my address is 9 GARDNERI WAY, BANKSIA GROVE WA 6031 and as I had an appointment at the bank at 1pm on Friday 17th May I called back straight away and tried to get this rectified I couldn’t talk to the person who’s name is JAZZ to get this problem fixed I was told all of the managers were called to a emergency meeting and no one else was able to send my email when I called a second time I was told it would be sent to me by 3pm Western Australian time so I waited till 3pm missed my bank appointment for my home loan and today is Saturday 18th May 2019 and I still haven’t received this email with the letter that I need attached I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from the staff at the service number 13 37 39 your staff weren’t very helpful I have spoke to a lot of people on this number some of their names are SEY, ALEX, JAZZ AND I ALSO SPOKE TO 3 OTHER PEOPLE I COULDN’T GET THEIR NAMES
