When one is successful such as Tradesy, kudos for you especially when Tracey (founder) suffered multiple hardships to reach a $24 billion annual apparel resale market. However, the market is a “slippery slope” especially when many of your products do not reach the quality that the Dolce and Gabbana bag that I purchased. On a scale of 0-5 when it comes to quality, it is a 2. My return was not accepted, after Tradesy had the bag for two months. How is that for integrity? Businesses like Nordstrom and Dillard’s respect and appreciate the consumer. They know that we are their “bread& butter (i.e.) our collective purchasing power builds corporate America (i.e.) Tradesy. It is an insult as to how you treated me and my return. Hard and cold-NO. May your sales survive in this covid-19 pandemic. May God bless you.
