I would like to commend the staff in your Launceston store led by the wonderful Andy. Each time I visit this store with my daughter, I am impressed by the fabulous,personal, service given to all the customers,each customer is greeted by name and made feel very welcome. The girls are always ready to offer advice on how to put outfits together and they create an atmosphere of “ you go girl , you can do this “. I was a retail Manager for 10 years and like for Management to be made aware of the fantastic job their staff are doing. The happiness they create for their customers is infectious. How many people have a land line these days and yet your 0800 number is not available by cell phone. What is with that ? I needed to speak to someone about an accidental duplication in order so i have emailed you only to get a message back saying that there is a backlog and could take some time together to. In the meantime I’ve had emails saying that the two orders are about to be dispatched. I don’t two pairs of the same boots please.
