Priceline does not honor what its website says. I have called customer service and spoke to the floor supervisor who was the same as the mid supervisor. The booking site stated that I had until midnight to cancel my reservation. When I tried to cancel it said I would owe $73. I would like a refund of my cancellation fee. I do not intend to let this drop.

My friend was in a commercial for Priceline with Shatner. Booked over 80+ nights with them. Was treated despicably. My friend says call Mr. Keller. I want a phone call from him.
I will never book w/priceline.com again! I cancelled my reservations due to Hurricane Laura. I even bought the insurance at the time of purchase. Why?They do honor any refunds period. This is a Natural Disaster! They do not honor their on wording or website.
