Today at approx 2.15pm I went to the store at Cessnock NSW 2325 looking for a new filter for an aquarium I was attended by a female staff person didn’t see her name but she had pink hair? anyway I asked her for some general information and she then said to me ” oh they must be cleaned and then chuckled and said a woman apparently came in the other day saying her tank was leaking and it was that she had never cleaned the filters or anything we tested the tank and it didn’t leak some people? I said to her just a minute I am that customer you are talking about and it did leak – I put silastic on it and NOW it Doesn’t leak and I had to purchase another to put the damn fish in whilst it was getting sorted .Rebecca told me to come back in and see herself or Amy to receive $20 of free fish when I was ready due to the inconvenience I had had iniatlly Rebecca was in store when this evolved earlier this week so apparently she finds it gossip worthy to have spoken out of school to others and turned it into “stupid customer”story to be spoken of to anyone in store I am furious in fact and will take this further .
