Good afternoon placed a order with your company on May 3rd it was told to me I would have the items in 8-10 days. When the 8-10 came up I contacted the 844 number was then told 15day it being held up do to the pandemic. I was trying to get these items for my niece birthday which was May 23rd didn’t happen. I’m planning to go to Chicago this weekend I was hoping all of the items I purchase would be in now I am being told 15-25 days. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. And the company has already billed me for the items. I think as a customer I should be compensated in someway my goal was to continue tp shop with this company but with services I really don’t plan on it.
