I have just been hung up on Louise on 135 686 after spending 2 days with her trying to fix my OVO mobile phone problems. Then my credit has run out because of the time spent on the 13 number, and Louise thought I was rude asking for the amount to be credited back! My phone now is not connected because I have to wait 2 days for a manager to phone. There are no managers on site in OVO’s office to help. Isn’t that contrary to occ health and safety? What if there was an emergency?. NO PHONE OVO SO HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CALL BACK?
