I’m having scam calls and call the police and optus complaints dpt but I couldn’t understand the person who is working at complaint dpt he sad his name is Andrew I call head office some other girl they all Chinese sounds smiler like I get scam calls 20min a go I had a scam call from Australian taxation office and your complaining dpt they say they can’t do anything about it what is this I’m a loyal optus customer I had a new plan and this phone calls I receive everyday just recently 02 64461713 number they saying from Australian taxation office this crooks I complaint to police and optus complaints and couldn’t get a satisfaction answer or solution or nothing that’s shame for optus even people from head office and complaint dpt people are they laughing what kind of customer service is this bad reputation unfortunately looks like optus sales works and complaints doesn’t that’s not right is it?

It is impossible to send OPTUS an email just to ask a question -not all can talk on a Mobile Phone to some selling Person.
We have a Package with another Provider – Two Mobile Phones with unlimited Calls – Local and STD – One I-Pad – and a Total 60 GB of Data Usage for the Internet-
What can you do with a Package for Us – with these Devices. Please provide us a rough Quote for your Costs for any Package – It can be with increased Internet Usage bit not necessary – over the last 12 months we have not used more than 55 GB of Data Usage per month.
