      Ordered xmas tshirts in 2/12/22
      On line..got and email days later saying thanyou for your order we will send email once despatched. Today 15/12 called customer service line ..got the Philippines..they could only email their warehousecto expedite the order as its still not left.
      I said thats to dam late for christmas with the post being as it is at xmas ..she said sorry sorry sorry .this is all she could do and keep repeating same senario.
      I asked to cancel order she said she could only send email to warehouse.
      So dam angry right now ..
      DON’T SHOP IN MILLERS OR ANY OF THEIR COMPANIES ..THEY ARE ALL CRAP..
      $50 at christmas down the toilet

Why do we even bother, I have been waiting since January for an order and just get automated emails back, then emails telling me it has been shipped, then it can’t be tracked and still no parcel! Unbelievable! The other thing that bothers me is that I get multiple emails advertising their goods, if they spent more time on customer service than trying to generate orders we may be all serviced better.

  4. I’ve been waiting since the end of December 2021 for my order. Asked for a refund multiple times and all I get is automated emails. Got an email saying my order had been sent out on fed 2nd but it hasn’t. It’s been sitting in Australia since then. This company is scamming people. If it was in NZ I’d go to fair go.

  5. I keep receiving the same response since Nov 2021. Still waiting on my part order. Let’s take these guys to the media or to submit a complaint to the ACCC.

    1. I’m with you, getting nowhere, took my money and sent me nothing, just a fake tracking number. They claim to use Australia Post, then use a Courier instead. My order supposedly left the warehouse weeks ago. They keep blaming the Pandemic when no other mail is being held up by anyone else. They can’t tell me where my items are. I am about to contact Current Affair, ACCC. see if I can get a chargeback on my credit card, and I will take it to the small claims tribunal if I have to. The more of us who stand up to them and take action will see these people get just what they deserve… no more online sales.

  6. I ordered in early December and am still waiting for 2 of my 5 items. Apparently my order “has been successfully completed so we have deemed your enquiry resolved.”
    The tracking numbers I was given couldn’t be tracked.
    Like many of you I’m still receiving emails trying to get me to order.
    NEVER AGAIN.
    Other online orders are being delivered within a week so the pandemic isn’t a problem for others.
    Millers is a disgrace.

  7. WATCH on-line purchases you will be messed around if you try to return goods.
    Ordering goods from “Millers” (3)on line had to return because too large and wrong fabric. I paid extra $10 ‘home delivery’ instead of click and collect.
    Went to store was told had to send to warehouse for refund…and had to pay postage. More money. They sent me 2 garments from Millers 1 from Rockmans? but all ordered on Millers site.I have to go through hassle to return to warehouse and pay postage or try to find a Rockmans store.
    NOTE: was told could not return because purchase was on AfterPay and they only use One Pay?
    Not mentioned online at check out only to use One-pay if return is required. PayPal is also a problem with them.
    An extremely BAD experience and will not shop at Millers or any of the associated stores.
    On-line policy needs to be clear at check out so people know what the company is doing.

  8. Had a great experience at the King’s Meadows store yesterday. Great service and lovely helpful staff. She went out of her way to find what I wanted after she’d found out what I was looking for. Going back soon and letting everyone know.
