  1. Have been dealt with in an appalling manner by iiNet. We have been without internet for over 4 weeks. Lodged complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman 4 days ago. Still no action yet fault is at the iiNet end (as confirmed by their own Technician who visited our home.)
    Whenever I call 132258 for an update none is forthcoming! Today because “my case manager” was not in! Disgraceful.

Still waiting for refund for service that could not be provided 8 weeks ago disgusting service there is no customer service just duck shoving and avoidance the customer support calls go overseas pathetic service all round do the public a favour and remove your ads which are not a true representation

  3. The communications company who doesnt comunicate – even with its own departments. Almost 4 weeks after trying to have internet and phone reconnected by a technician. Still paying for services they cannot provide. Still waiting for appointments for technicians scheduled by iinet that dont arrive. Still waiting on hold for up to 4 hours Waiting to try and work from home during coronavirus with no internet. Waiting for emails which we are told will be sent after the issue has been esculated by supervisors. We will be waiting longer than Godot.
    The only thing we dont have to wait for is the automatic billing for the service we dont recieve. Genuis business mode.
    Guessing this will be placed on the pile of complaints you recieve – hope you have a ladder.

  4. This is the most phamton organisation I ever come across. Signed up for the NBN with Westnet, turns out I have signed with iiNet. Told sales rep that I wanted to retain all my Wesdtnet email addresses, no trouble. He also told me my current iiNet modem was compatible with FTTC. I\this statement was on my file. NBN technician arrives, sets up NBN and departs. Connect NBN box to modem. 45 minutes later still no connection. Phoned iiNet, and was told modem is not compatible, and they will have to forward replacement. Anyway, I had an old netgear modem which was NBN internet compatibe, no phone socket. after 2 hours finally had the internet. They have now cancelled my Westnet account, and also my Westnet emails addresses. This is after I have told 5 “customer services representatives” that I wanted to retain my Westnet email addresses. All NO PROBLEM. The only email address I have is [email protected]. Also, Westnet sent me an invoice for the ADSL service due at the end of the month. There is no way you can communicate with the same person when you contact them, which must be part of the plan. Between Australia, South Africa and the Phillipines are the contact points I have had to endure. And no one can anything except “pass it up the chain for action”. They don’t even display their corporate phone number in Western Australia. Good bye iiNet.

  5. I have been a loyal iinet customer for more than 8 years . Since Wednesday this week I had my email blocked Invalid discretion . I contacted your office billing. They advised me that there was a outstanding overdue account that needed to be paid. Thursday I made a credit card payment. Still no emails. Friday they advised me I needed to update my details. Did that as well. Saturday I rang again , which they would call me back,. However no one called. still no email been blocked, Come on iinet . after 8 years this is not the way to treat your loyal customers.
