I want to emphasize that from the month of May’20, I will not pay for my present subscription. I want to change the package which I have told Vision of Joy over a month back.
Last month I let him off because of the lockdown. Thereafter, when he came to collect payment in April’20 I have reiterated that I am going to downgrade my package and asked him for the details, but the person just ignores our requests and calls. Very disappointing service.
