Very disappointed that our first online order today had 4 items missing, and one pear with mould on it. I rang twice because I would like the missing items delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor but none was available. I was told to hang up and the supervisor would ring me. Why has no one rung me back to sort this out? Order no 992195. All the items that are missing were available on Monday night when I ordered them. Is this usual that so much is missing from an order and just not packed? The items are 4 red capsicums, 1/2 cauliflower, brunch broccolini, lettuce cos 2 pack. Shocked to see the Beurro Bosc pear with mould. I have a photo.
I particularly wanted the 4 red capsicums for a recipe of stuffed capsicums. I have all the other ingredients.
I see that the only response is to block me on your Facebook site. Is this the best customer service you give? I often shop in your Bondi Junction store under normal conditions and was a regular customer in Edgecliff till it closed.
