i was dining in your wonderland road south location yesterday and i asked for nutirional data on your soups specifically the salt content and the staff there gave me a look what do i mean. as someone with mild hypertension this is data i would like to have. but they did not have any idea as to what it was so i tried checking on the net and i found only the italian wedding soup at a healthy 1030 mg half of the daily recommended limit and even today the links for nutrional data is not loading can you explain why this information is not at your locations and why it can not be viewed on line and are you making any effort to lower the salt levels in your food

I sent email several times to coporate office regarding the issue that I had on July 2, 2022 at Est side marion in waterloo.
I went to order and pickup at 5:30 pm for amount of $52.86 through my debit card. I ordered and waited for hour then manager came to me and said we forgot to put susage so we are going to re make it again but it will take time. I asked what are going to do about it..he said I will take off only $2 off..I could not believe it. so I told him this is not how other restuarnt will do ..he unpolitly started to humalite me by saying this is not pizza pizza place this is resturannt and you do not have to come here…I told him I want my refund and he said ok but he walked away and did not came back..I waite another 15 mintuntes and someone came and asked me “is anyone take care of you” I said my siuationn then she brought anther person to take care of refund…they went through machine said to me we refund you about $46.86..
I came home and checked my accounnt and did not refund me any thing and ..on Monday and Tusday I called them and explained my situation for rubbinng me and wastinng my time but another manager came over ph0ne and started to yell at me and saying this is human mistake ..and she did not even gave me a chance to explain..all she sent is $5 cheqe ..I did not recieve my refund and got humalited and wasted my time.
This is indirectly rubbinng customer and wastinng time..this is gainnst law..
Could I come to est side mario and pay less and humalite staff and wasting their time..? ofcourse I would not be allow to do that…then why your resturant is doinng that specialy manager by hiding and steeling my money..
I want my full refund and plus cash or cheque over $400 inorder not taking this issue further than this..it is been one week and still have not recieved my refund..I could go to police and give report for this situation. but I have not done it yet…
