  1. Hi, I would love to take advantage of your special offers, however…….unfortunately you have seen fit to remove our access in Armidale to the Autograph retail store. Don’t bother suggesting we drive 11/2 hours to Tamworth, too far. Very disappointing for us, just because we live in a town of 28,000 doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have access to good clothes. I am hugely disappointed in your customer service after years of buying online and in store NOT ONCE I have received vouchers and promised discounts on my membership and have spent a couple of thousand dollars on clothes. Contacted customer service to be told they will fix up my account and I will have vouchers etc fixed up in 48hrs, 4 days later nothing called back to be escalated again.. 3 weeks later called back AGAIN excuses after excuses so today I will be returning 8 items I have purchased online and in store and I will be lodging a dispute with fair training after false and misleading information and I will NEVER purchase from u again and I’ll make sure everyone knows how u treat your loyal customers.

  3. After calling your 1800 number today, I left so overwhelmingly disappointed after being a loyal customer for many many years. I was given a $300 gift voucher for my 50th last year from special friends and after having misplaced it, only found it a week ago to notice it had expired by a couple of weeks.I understand there are terms of conditions, but surely after being so loyal and spending thousands of dollars over the years, you would waiver this and honour my voucher, as it was alot of money my friends spent. The 12 months expiry should be unlimited, when often the fashion in stock is not flattering to Plus size woman like myself.

  4. I am left feeing angree and very disappointing with Autograph after purchasing swimwear on click and collect I was over charged. After over a month the swim wear had not arrived, I’m now told they will give me a refund as they have sold out, the customer service is terrible to deal with.

  5. I placed an order April 24th still not arrived your phone service is shit and cuts you off after 10 minutes on hold I’ve sent numerous emails no reply .. a you have been quick enough to take my money now supply the goods !!!

  6. I placed an order on 29th April..no delivery received and it is now 4 weeks later. I have tried numerous times to call… phone drops out after 10 mins. I have sent e mails.. no response at all. The items have been paid for.
    I have extremely disappointed.

  7. I placed an order on the 15th July no delivery and it is now September 1st. Rang customer service and was told they had no stock available and they are awaiting further stock arriving. I told them that the stock was available when I purchased the coat through their online store and asked for a time frame to when I could receive this item. I was told they didnt have a expected time and I would have to wait. I told them this is totally unacceptable as there was no contact from Autograph to let me know of this issue and they stated there was a team looking after this. Asked to speak to a supervisor was told it would take up to 24 to 48 hours to get a supervisor to call me. I asked for a head office number was told the number I rang was the only contact for them. This is totally unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed.

  8. I ordered two tops from Autograph September 2021, A package arrived this last week OCT 2021 when I opened it it was a khaki green denim jacket size 14… I am a plus size. I contacted Autograph, they need me to scan the labels on the jacket, to which I did, although it took awhile not used to working scanners ( older generation ) I was sent another email stating they were sorry for the wrong item, they could not send me my two tops that were in their sales and would give me a full refund. I emailed and thanked them. Now another email THEY NEED PROOF OF THE ITEM I HAVE, THEY WANT ME TO TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE ITEM then they would send me a return label for the wrong item. I don`t know about you but BEING IN THIS BLEEDING LOCKDOWN, getting vaccinated, husband just getting over prostate cancer with all the stress just let me have my refund, send the return label… so mad I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN OR ONLINE. By the way $100 just over for the two tops.

  9. I also used autograph online I have 4 orders only received 1 customer care useless
    No one returns phone calls. We are not living in a 3rd world country. Deliveries should not take over a month. This is the company just waiting to make profit, the less people they have in there w/house the more money they save There attitude is

  10. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from this company. Terrible customer service and orders not received. Won’t respond to emails and nearly impossible to get on contact phone numbers provided. I will NEVER order from them again!

  11. Agree with the above post. Online Order placed on 17th January 2022 and has not been received to date. I have emailed and called numerous times and Customer Service continue to say the same thing that they do not have contact with the warehouse but will escalate my issue.

  12. Still waiting for 5 of 6 jumpers ordered. Many robotic emails but nothing else after 2 months. Currently owed $186. Was offered a refund for 2 of the jumpers over 3 weeks ago but again a lie. No replies about the other 3 jumpers. Don’t bother calling their [lack of] Customer Service number. I was on hold for 1hr 16 mins before being disconnected. I can’t believe that companies like this are allowed to operate. Disgusting and unethical. Such a shame as this was once my favourite go to shop for great clothes.
